Sea Salt Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies are made with a hint of salt, brown sugar combined with chocolate chips for the perfect cookie!
With the kids being home we have a constant rotation of cookies coming out of the oven! Don’t worry, we actually keep most of them frozen and pull it out whenever we are felling we need cookies!

How to make Sea Salt Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter – softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 â…” cup flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- Garnish: sprinkle of sea salt
Directions:
- Mix together softened butter and brown sugar.
- Add vanilla and 2 eggs. Mix until you have a smooth texture.
- Add dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Then stir in chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour before baking (up to 24 hrs).
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Roll dough into balls and place on a prepared baking sheet. (I prefer to use an ice cream scoop, to have uniform cookies).
- Bake for approximately 10-11 minutes.
- Remove and top each cookie with a sprinkle of sea salt. Let cool on a wire rack.
- ENJOY!
