These Pumpkin Chocolate Donuts will not disappoint. They are a soft baked donut that has chocolate throughout. This makes the perfect fall treat!

Fall is officially here tomorrow but it has felt like it has been here for about a week now.
We’ve had lots of rain and no sun!
No worries though, we get to make fun treats like these!
TIPS ON MAKING DONUTS:
- The recipe makes 6 but you could totally double the recipe to make 12.
- These are more cake like donuts so don’t go thinking they will taste like Krispy Kreme!
- You can adapt this to any flavor, remember when I made these Chocolate Glazed Almonds Donuts? So good!
Pumpkin Chocolate Donuts
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 1 ounce milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
- In a large bowl mix together eggs, pumpkin, milk, vanilla and sugar.
- Stir in flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Pipe into donut pan.
- Bake for 14 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 3 minutes.
- In the meantime heat heavy whipping cream.
- Pour hot cream over chocolate chips and stir till smooth.
- Pipe over donuts.
- Serve and ENJOY!
